The The first education program about trade show service based on AI was successfully opened in Korea.

This program was running for 8 hours by online at last 25th February. About 20 professional trade show organizers including convention centers, private trade show companies and industry associations gathered to get insights for the future of trade show business.

David Lee, CEO of VM Consulting, designed this program and run all contents with AKEI, the Association of Korea Exhibition Industry. Participants learned that the meaning of AI, machine learning, NLP, Robotics and the future of job market in trade show industry, etc. They had a chance to not only learn about AI technologies but also communicate with industry partners about the business trend and experience economy.

The program coordinator of AKEI said that it was a really good opportunity to study AI and business trend of trade show business. David Lee also told, "I'm so proud it was a first time to share about how to design trade show services based on AI. I hope this program would be helpful for show organizers to develop better customer service."
